Alexey Isaev built his career in Moscow, working in such restaurants as: La Parrilla, Provence, Soprano. Seeing the potential in Kazakhstan, he moved to Almaty to realize his creative vision and professionalism in the field of haute cuisine.
The chef managed to fully implement his creative ideas in the Parmigiano Group, where Aleksey was responsible for the cuisine of Olivier Restaurant & Bar, Main Street Cafe, as well as the high-mountain hotel-restaurant S.N.e.G and bar 3200.
Alexey believes that a successful chef is a cook who constantly learns and develops, never stopping at what has been achieved, so Alexei himself is constantly in search. He trained with the owner of 3 Michelin stars Dani Garcia at the BiBo restaurant in Madrid, studied with the famous Spanish chef Mario Sandoval at the Coque restaurant (2 Michelin stars), La Capinera Sicilian (1 Michelin star), studied gastronomic traditions of Japan.
