It all started at the age of 15, when Alexey was lucky enough to get into the kitchen of one of the famous restaurants in Almaty. The first steps of career growth were laborious, since after the educational process, Alexey simultaneously mastered the basics of the culinary art, from one workshop to another, honing his skills. “At that very moment I realized that I was inspired by the process of cooking, combining different products and getting something wonderful at the finish line,” says Aleksey Shaparenko.
