The elegant interior in the style of English front entry, a cozy veranda and excellent cuisine were appreciated by the demanding audience of Almaty. The restaurant surprises its guests with varied cuisine, which is based on modern cooking technologies and the chef's author's view of Russian, European and Japanese cuisines.
The snow-white hall is decorated with paintings by the contemporary artist George Pusenkov, and the summer veranda overlooks the lively Nazarbayev Avenue.
At OLIVIER you are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Breakfast of croissant with salmon and cottage cheese will charge you with energy and mood.
“With regard to the cuisine, a New Moscow direction was chosen, according to which old recipes of dishes acquire a completely new, modern interpretation: for example, the same Kiev cutlet can be served not oval, but flat, but we transformed it by adding chanterelle mushrooms and curry. It turned out fresh and very tasty - a huge number of people come to OLIVIER for this particular dish."

Alexey Isaev is the chef of the Olivier restaurant, the brand chef of the S.N.e.G hotel-restaurant, Main Street Cafe and 3200 bar. Alexey built his career in Moscow, working in many prestigious establishments. Seeing the potential in Kazakhstan, he came to Almaty to bring his skills and creative ideas to Olivier. Alexey believes that a successful chef is a cook who constantly learns and develops, never stopping at what has been achieved. He is constantly on the lookout, trained with 2-Michelin star Dani Garcia in Spain, studied with renowned chef Mario Sandoval at Coque restaurant, and was on a food tour in Japan. Being well versed in the culinary traditions of different countries, Alexey loves to discover new tastes and always strives for perfection in cooking.
